Plaintiff, Steve A. Wasielewski, appeals the trial court’s order denying his motion to reconsider the dismissal with prejudice of his medical-malpractice complaint against defendants, Drs. W. Gilligan, H.M. Kawanaga and A. Arain, for failure to comply with the documentation requirements of section 2 — 622 of the Code of Civil Procedure (Code) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 110, par. 2 — 622).
