This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Lincoln county, Missouri, which county admittedly has less than forty thousand inhabitants (see section 1225, Revised Statutes,'1919), upon plaintiff’s motion for alimony pendente lite, suit money and attorney’s fees pending; a suit for divorce by plaintiff against defendant in said court.
It is conceded that plaintiff filed her petition for divorce on the 24th day of February, 1920, and that summons on said petition was duly issued, returnable to the March, 1920, term of the circuit court of Lincoln county. The service of the summons…
