As the contention of plaintiff in error is understood, it is that the duty' of the railway company, the passenger having alighted safely, was a duty to be measured without reference to the relation of carrier and passenger; that it owed to plaintiff, when she was injured, no other or different duty than if she had been a pedestrian who was attempting to cross the street at the same place.
