REINHARD, Presiding Judge.

Defendant appeals his conviction of both “statutory” rape and kidnapping. He was sentenced by the court under the Second Offender Act to twenty years on the rape charge and five years on the kidnapping charge, these sentences to run concurrently.

The prosecutrix was a fifteen year old girl who testified that at about a quarter to eight on the evening of August 7, 1977, she was standing at a bus stop on the corner of Easton and Dr. Martin Luther King Drive in the City of- St. Louis, awaiting a bus to take her to her boyfriend’s home.
