The above-named defendant has brought a motion by way of an order to show cause why the defendant should not be permitted to inspect the Grand Jury minutes of the proceedings which resulted in his being indicted, on February 26, 1971, charged with a violation of section 195.05 of the Penal *386Law, obstructing governmental administration.
