PARRISH, Judge.

This is an appeal of a judgment on the pleadings in favor of respondent Larry Car-nagey and an order granting a motion to dismiss for failure to state a cause of action with respect to respondent Jean Pierre Ro-manace, M.D.1 The basis for the judgment on the pleadings and for the order dismissing the petition for failure to state a cause of action was the running of the applicable statute of limitations. This court affirms.
