Bituminous Fire & Marine Insurance Co. (Bituminous) and Don Chance Construction Management (Chance) appeal adverse judgments in the Vigo Superior Court, Division 2, in their suit for damages against Culligan Fyrprotexion, Inc. (Culligan).
