Melvyn and Debbie Jaramillo filed a class-action complaint against Government Employees Insurance Company, GEICO General Insurance Company, GEICO Indemnity Company, and GEICO- Casualty Company (collectively “GEICO”), bringing claims arising out of a motor vehicle accident. The district court granted summary judgment to GEICO and denied the Jar-amillos’ subsequent motion to reconsider, and the Jaramillos challenge both rulings on appeal.
