Plaintiffs, who are the joint owners of a stock farm of 240 acres in Cnming county, filed their petition in the district court for an injunction against the hoard of supervisors to restrain said board from establishing a public road through their land, and from passing upon a petition for the establishment thereof. Other parties were made defendants but, as it is not alleged that they are threatening plaintiff with any wrong, no further mention of them will be made.
