This adversary proceeding was filed by the Trustee, Harry L. Mathison, pursuant to Kentucky Revised Statute 378.060, to recover as preferences payments made to the Defendants, Haydon Building Materials of Cadiz, Inc. (“Haydon”) and Noel Concrete Co., Inc. (“Noel”), in the amounts of $18,786.74 and $6,036.53, respectively. The case came on for trial before this Court on July 9, 1997.
