This is a petition to superintend and revise, in matter of' law, proceedings in the District Court of tho United States for the Northern District of West Virginia, at Martinsburg, in the matter *20of H. T. licklider, bankrupt. Tbe facts of the case are briefly these:
Licklider, being some 46 years of age, had all his life resided, as had his parents before him, at Shepherdstown, Jefferson county, W. Va.
