BÚNNERR, District Judge.
Compiled Raws of Alaska §§ 1127, 1128, 1129, 1130, and 1131 prescribe the method of compelling a judgment debtor to subject his property to the satisfaction of a judgment against him.
Under the provisions of the statute above cited, as will be more fully shown by the records and files in this case, the examination of judgment debtor R. C. Wood and of George Hutchinson, cashier of the First National Bank, garnishee *241defendant, was begun on the 1st day of August, 1918.
