In this appeal from a decision of the Bankruptcy Court, debtor-appellants are Saint Vincents Catholic Medical Centers of New York, doing business as Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers, and its affiliated reorganized debtors (collectively, “St. Vin-cents” or “the Debtors”). Appellees are Jordana and Cory Goodman (“the Good-mans”), plaintiffs in a New York state medical malpractice action against Carol Mae Russell, M.D. (“Russell”) and Marie Kimball, R.N.
