This was an action of ejectment, brought by Harris H. Williams, to recover certain lots in the city of Monmouth. It was admitted on the trial that both parties claim through a common source,—that is, through Persia N. Williams, who derived title from Azro Patterson and wife, by deed dated May 3, 1881, duly executed on that day, and recorded in the recorder’s office May 16, 1881.
