TANG, Circuit Judge:
Trabefin, A.G. and Edward R. Fitzsim-mons appeal the district court’s dismissal of their bankruptcy appeal. The district *1470court dismissed Trabefin’s appeal under Northern District of California Local Rule 720-2 for failure to comply with Bankruptcy Rule 8006 which governs perfection of bankruptcy appeals. We affirm.
