This appeal arises out of the action of the board of county commissioners of Payne comity, Okla.. in rejecting the petition of Josey Oil Company, which was a petition on account of an erroneous assessment, and in the petition it was claimed that taxes for -tike year 1920 had been erroneously assessed against certain materials, machinery, and equipment belonging to said company.
