Counterdefendant, F. E. Holmes & Sons Construction Company, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Holmes), brought an action to recover damages for breach of contract against counterplaintiff, Gualdoni Electric Service, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Gualdoni Electric), in the circuit court of Williamson County. Gualdoni Electric filed a three-count counterclaim for damages for breach of three contracts.
