In the above styled action proceedings were had resulting in the appointment of a receiver to wind up the affairs of the Farmers State Bank of Winside, hereinafter referred to as the Winside Bank. The Corn Exchange National Bank, the appellant, filed its claim with the receiver for $2,000 with interest, based upon a certificate of deposit issued by the Winside Bank. The appellant prayed that its ■claim be allowed as a valid claim against the Winside Bank, ■and that it be paid out of the guaranty fund. The receiver filed objections to the allowance of appellant’s claim as a preferred claim…
