This case concerns a dispute involving the use of an alley located between the property of the plaintiff and the property of the defendant in Bainbridge, Decatur County, Georgia. After a hearing the trial court temporarily enjoined the defendant from interfering with plaintiffs use of the alley and subsequently entered a summary judgment in favor of the plaintiffs continued use of the alley, along with the defendant, from which judgment the defendant has appealed to this court.
