—In an action, inter alia, to compel *621specific performance of an option to purchase real property, the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lane, J.), dated August 10, 1992, which consolidated the defendant’s summary holdover proceeding with this action; granted the plaintiffs motion, inter alia, for summary judgment; denied the defendant’s cross motion, inter alia, for summary judgment; and dismissed the defendant’s summary holdover proceeding.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
