This is the second appeal in this case, and a summary of the testimony may be found in the former opinion. Flake v. State, 156 Ark. 34.

^Practically the same testimony was offered at the second trial as in the first, there being testimony on behalf of defendant from which the jury could have found that defendant was insane, and that, if he did in fact kill the deceased, he did so in self-defense, or under circumstances which reduced the grade of the homicide to voluntary manslaughter.
