MOELLER, Vice Chief Justice.

In one case, appellant Aryon Williams (“defendant”) was charged with first degree murder. In another, he was charged with attempted first degree murder and armed robbery. The trial court consolidated the two cases for trial, and the jury found defendant guilty of all three offenses. Defendant was sentenced to death for first degree murder and to concurrent terms of imprisonment for armed robbery and attempted murder. This is defendant’s automatic, direct appeal.
