In this action to recover damages for personal injuries, plaintiff moves to strike the first defense and counterclaim and second defense and counterclaim of defendant Mitsubishi Mo*408tors Credit of America, Inc. (hereinafter MMCA). Defendant MMCA moves for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it.
