A rather complete recital of the facts will be helpful. On October 4, 1940, the bankrupt filed his petition under Section 75 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 203. He failed to reach an agreement with his creditors under Subsections a to r, and on November 16, 1940, he amended his petition under Subsection s and was duly adjudicated a bankrupt on that date. In accordance with the provisions of the Act, the first appraisal was filed with the Conciliation Commissioner on November 26, 1940, and the 320 acres of land and buildings…
