HAWTHORNE, Justice.

Rayburn L. Anderson has appealed from' a decision of the State Civil Service Commission upholding the validity of his discharge by the administrator by letter of October 19, 1954, the discharge to be effective October 29, 1954, and upholding the-refusal of the administrator to recognize appellant as an employee of the Division of Employment Security of the Louisiana Department of Labor from October 29 to date.
