Robert Harry Plant appeals an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri 1 2denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 2254. We affirm.
Appellant was convicted in the Circuit Court of St. Charles County, Missouri, of second degree burglary and stealing.
