Appellants, a certified residential real estate appraiser and a registered trainee appraiser, seek review of the final order entered by the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board (Board) finding them guilty of four statutory and rule violations and imposing probation and administrative fines. Appellants raise a number of issues on appeal, including an argument that the Board erred in finding them guilty of the three violations that the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) found not to have been proven.
