Otto King died testate, May 26, 1899, leaving him surviving his widow, Friederieka Klug, and six children, being defendants, other than the trustees, and Otto Klug, Jr. Iiis will was duly admitted to probate June 19, 1899, and, at the beginning of this suit to ^ave will construed, November 8, 1913, the executor had been discharged; and all the property of the estate, amounting to about $250,000 in value, was in the hands of the defendants, Haase and Warner, trustees.
