MOORE, Justice.
This is an appeal from an order denying probate of a holographic will allegedly executed by Arthur Richardson, deceased. The will, in which Mamie Wright was named as the sole devisee, was offered for probate by Proponent, John Lade, on May 18, 1979. Contestant, Elizabeth Richardson Keller, who had previously been appointed adminis-tratrix of the estate of Arthur Richardson, deceased, answered with a general denial and specially denied that the alleged holographic will was written and executed by the deceased.
