Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered August 5, 1975, convicting him of criminal sale of a dangerous drug in the first degree, criminal sale of a dangerous drug in the third degree (two counts), criminal possession of a dangerous drug in the third degree and criminal possession of a dangerous drug in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
