People v. Martin

Defendant-appellant Charles Martin was charged with and convicted of first-degree murder. The facts leading to this conviction evolve as follows: On March 2, 1969, during the course of a robbery, defendant shot and killed two attendants at a gas station located in the City of Walker in Kent County.
