Mayer, the appellant, was complainant in the court below in a suit in equity wherein he sought a money decree holding the appellee, R. E. Olds, individually responsible for an obligation that had been incurred to him in writing by a corporation described in the pleadings as Eastwood, Smith & Company with reference to certain of appellant’s bonds that appellant had loaned to the corporation under a promise to return them to him on demand.
