MURRAY, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal from an order of the 57th District Court of Bexar County, Texas, dismissing the appeal of Laura Church from an order of the County Court of Bex-ar County, appointing Carl Raymond Crites guardian of the estate of Eunice Beynon. The appeal was dismissed for want of jurisdiction, as the record was not filed in the district court within the thirty-day period allowed by the Rules of Civil Procedure. The only question to be determined is whether the trial court erred in dismissing the appeal.
