Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Malone, Jr., J.), entered August 18, 1999 in Albany County, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs motion to relocate with the parties’ child.
The parties were married in 1989 and have one child (born in 1995). They separated in May 1998 and entered into a separation agreement on June 2, 1999.
