This is an appeal by defendant, Percy Rickman, from an order granting plaintiffs’ motion for a new trial.

The case arises out of 'an automobile collision between an automobile operated by William H. Wright, *515and an automobile operated by defendant, Percy Rick-man. William H. Wright’s wife and his three minor children were passengers in his car. Suit was instituted on behalf of all the Wrights against Rickman and Eastern Overall Cleaning Company.
