with a lack of information regarding the nature and extent of the misconduct and the attorney’s present or future fit- ness to practice law. We declined to disbar the attorney and instead imposed an indefinite suspension. Similarly, under the facts of this case, we conclude that an indefinite suspen- sion, with a minimum suspension of 3 years, is the appropri- ate discipline.
