¶1 Kent Peterson, Kathleen A. Peterson, Lisle E. Wood, Pauline P. Wood (now known as Pauline P. Thomas), Jonathan B. Clark, and Vidgis J. Clark1 (collectively, “Landowners”) appeal from the order of the District Court for the Second Judicial District, Silver Bow County, granting partial summary judgment in favor of Our Lady of the Rockies, Inc.
