This is a divorce case tried to the court.
The trial court’s judgment granted ap-pellee a divorce, ordered child support, di*611vided community property and awarded attorney’s fees to appellee.
Appellant attacks the judgment only on the grounds that the trial court abused his discretion in finding that the domicile and resident requirements of Art. 3.21 of the Texas Family Code, V.T.C.A., had been met.
