*1061Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Bradley, J.), entered September 27, 2006 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of the Board of Parole denying petitioner’s request for parole release.
Petitioner was convicted upon his plea of guilty of first degree manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and sentenced to consecutive prison terms of 8 to 24 years and 2 to 6 years, respectively.
