IRWIN, Justice.

Floyd R. Riñes, referred to as claimant, filed his claim for compensation against Chief Freight Lines, claimant’s employer, and Transport Insurance Company, the employer’s insurance carrier, for injuries sustained as a result of an alleged accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment on January 21, 1963.
