On June 12, 2003 plaintiff KLC, Inc., Keystone Leasing (KLC or plaintiff), a foreign corporation, filed a diversity complaint in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (Underhill, J.) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332 against defendant Cynthia Trayner (defendant or appellant) to enforce a judgment lien. The district court entered a default judgment against Trayner on September 25, 2003.
