Gains, the Mahoning County Prosecutor’s Office, Assistant Mahoning County Prosecutor Gina Bricker, and the Mahoning County Board of Commissioners, appeal.the judgment of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas denying their application to appoint special counsel to represent the Mahoning County Prosecutor’s Office and the board of commissioners in two public-records-request mandamus actions currently pending before the Ohio Supreme Court.
