J.C.P., a juvenile, appeals the two-year sentence imposed after he was adjudicated delinquent based on his guilty plea to committing acts that, if committed by an adult, would constitute first degree criminal trespass, a class five felony. The sole issue on appeal is whether the district court erred in adjudicating him a mandatory sentence offender under § 19 — 2—516(l)(a)(I), (b)(1), C.R.S.2006, because the delinquent act at issue here occurred before his two previous adjudications as a juvenile delinquent. We affirm.
