The action was for the infringement of a reissued patent. The plaintiff in error was the defendant in the court below. A verdict and judgment were rendered against him. In the progress of the trial he took numerous exceptions. We have considered them, aud will proceed to dispose of the case.
There was no error in the refusal of the court to direct a verdict for the defendant.
