Defendant was charged with obtaining goods by false pretenses under section 28-1207, R. R. S. 1943, which provides, upon conviction, a penalty of imprisonment for not more than 5 years nor less than 1 year. Defendant pled guilty, and was sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 5 years nor less than 2 years. The sentence imposed was ordered to run concurrently with a sentence of imprisonment for 1 to 2 years the defendant was serving after his conviction of a related crime in Lancaster County.
