Reversing.

This action in ejectment was brought by appellants against appellees to recover the possession of a strip of land which appears to be embraced by tbe deeds under which they each are claiming. To run tbe lines of the patent under which appellants claim in one way and according to their theory would bring tbe disputed boundary witliin tbe lines of their deed. Tbe parties respectively claim under two separate patents from tbe Commonwealth of Kentucky, issued in 1823 to tbe same person, and issued on tbe same day. But appellants claim under a patent…
