Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Crowell, J.), entered April 11, 2013 in Saratoga County, which dismissed petitioner’s applications, in two proceedings pursuant to RPTL article 7, to reduce the 2010 and 2011 tax assessments on certain real property leased by petitioner.
Petitioner leases a 10.81-acre parcel of real property in the Town of Clifton Park, Saratoga County under a 20-year ground lease.
