This is an appeal from an Office of Workers’ Compensation (“OWC”) determination denying an employee’s claim for benefits and dismissing his lawsuit with prejudice. We affirm.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

Claimant-appellant, Ernie Zeringue, was an electrical superintendent for Wireways, Inc. (‘Wireways”), where he had been employed for approximately ten years. Wire-ways, domiciled in Panama City, Florida, is an electrical contractor specializing in the installation of electrical systems in sawmills and paper mills.
