RALPH B. GUY, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiff Myron Lowery appeals from the entry of partial summary judgment in favor of defendants Federal Express Corporation and FedEx Express, Inc., on his claims of race discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII. The district court also denied summary judgment to defendants on plaintiffs cause of action for breach of contract, and granted the plaintiffs request for entry of final judgment on the Title VII claims pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 54(b). For the reasons discussed below, we find the Rule 54(b) certification was not proper in this case…
