Paul James Taylor appeals from the judgement of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama revoking his probationary sentencing resulting from two convictions in 1986 for the possession with the intent to distribute and distribution of cocaine. He is currently incarcerated, serving a 30-year prison sentence, for those offenses.
